| Description |
| Responsible for M2000 NE disconnection reporting and trouble shooting.
Responsible for guiding field engineer make trouble shooting.
Responsible for the help-desk for Customer, such as receiving complain, replying to questions,
distributing problems, problem tracing and etc.Information collection for trouble-shooting.Make the script from RNP team's WO.7*24*365 on call.
Report to the FO Manager and BO Manager.At least 3 year related work experience in telecom network operation and maintenance.
At least 2-5 year UMTS/GSM BSS engineering experience, include BSC, BTS and PCU installation and integration experience. 4 year university degree in Telecom or Computer Science.Language Skills: English Other local languages as required, Experience with operator O&M dept or other MS organizations is a plus
