| Description |
| Network Monitoring.In charge of the whole network monitoring. analysis alarm/event/performance form NMS. Identify the location information (ODF or DDF) Severity of alarm/event/performance by NOC monitor distinguish.initiate recovery actions and notification procedures if required. Event/Alarm/Performance Management including Trouble Ticket management. Notify service-affecting network event/alarm/performance with mutually agreed procedures. According to result feedback and close the trouble tickets associated with such events. Second line issue remote Diagnostics and Resolve.Provides the diagnostics capabilities to identify the issue or problem. Remote Corrective Actions. Provides remote corrective instruction. Dispatch and Direction of FLM-Field Operation Staff.
Provides identification of the appropriated FLM-FO staff to execute appropriate actions, advising them of
actions to be completed. Assistance project PAT review before hand-over.
Check and confirm PAT document before hand-over.Performance Reporting. Provides reports of alarm/event/performance that have occurred: according to date delivery weekly report,monthly report,monthly KPI report.SMS Notify, When NOC monitor found out one cirtical alarm,NOC monitor send SMS to Huawei Team in time. Configuration Trail & Testing, FO member should be monitoring whole network and They shold be configuration service. If the service has issue then he must be testing service, Finally reslove the issue. Management survilliance team.
Make a regular on duty shift by FO Manager.Make a regular handover shift. Make FO reports of monthly
management FO member activity.1. Bachelors or masters in telecommunication. Well versed with Optical Transmission & DataCom network architecture & protocols.Minimum 3 years of experience in fault management, performance & capacity monitoring, and configuration management.System upgrades, expansions & health checks of the network. Experience in Huawei circuit switching equipments SDH series Metro 5000/Metro 3000,NG-SDH series Optix 9500/Optix 7500/Optix 3500, NG-WDM BWS 320G/BWS 1600G,OTN series OTN 6800/OTN 3800 is a must.Familiar with O&M and technical support work flow.Staff leadership & good communication skills. |
